The Family Decision Framework™ is an educational resource. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not recommend specific facilities.
This Privacy Policy explains what information The Family Decision Framework™ collects when you use familydecision.com, request our free guide, or purchase our products — and how that information is used and protected. Effective date: October 20, 2026.
Information We Collect. When you request the free guide or join our email list, we collect your first name and email address. When you contact us, we collect whatever you send in your message. When you purchase a product, checkout and payment are handled by Gumroad; we receive limited order information (such as your name, email address, and what you purchased), but we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Like most websites, the Site and the platforms that power it may also collect basic technical information — such as your device and browser type, pages you visit, and how you interact with our emails — using cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information. We use your information to deliver the free guide and any products you purchase; send the email follow-ups and updates you opted in to receive; respond to your questions and support requests; operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our materials; and comply with legal obligations. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still send essential messages about a purchase you made.
How We Share Information. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this business, and only as needed for them to do their work: GoHighLevel (hosts the Site, forms, and email list), Mailgun (delivers our email), and Gumroad (processes purchases and delivers digital products). We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the Site; you can control or disable cookies in your browser settings.
Retention, Your Rights, and Security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children and Changes. The Site and our products are intended for adults — primarily adult children helping a parent — and are not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Questions about this Privacy Policy: [email protected]
